We try hard to get things right, and when we don't, we want to know.

How to report an error

Email hello@wagerlog.app with:

1. The page it's on (a link is best).
2. What it says, and what you believe is correct.
3. A source, if you have one: an official publication, statute, primary document or other reliable reference.

The rules come from the IRS and each state's revenue department and statutes, and are shared with WinningsTax. A correction to a rule fixes both sites.

What happens next

We check every report against a primary source. If the page is wrong we fix it, usually within a few days and sooner for anything that could cause harm. Significant corrections are noted on the page with the date they were made.

What we can't change

We don't change accurate information because someone would prefer it said something else, and we don't publish claims we can't verify.
